HOME exists to give creatives a safer, stronger place to build business skills, professional relationships, and sustainable careers.
Our purpose
HOME combines the creative energy of an independent record label with the practical support of a nonprofit creative incubator. The goal is not only to help people make stronger art, but to help them build the structure, confidence, and relationships that sustain it.
Community service, business education, mentoring, and industry awareness are part of the same work: helping creatives participate fully in their careers and communities.
People Behind HOME
HOME is guided by people who bring different perspectives across creativity, administration, partnerships, governance, and organizational leadership—all working toward a shared goal: building stronger support and infrastructure for creatives.
President / Chair
Corbin Dukes is the founder of House of Maxwell Entertainment (HOME), where he works to build the skills, support, and infrastructure independent creatives need to grow. He earned his Bachelor's in Business from the University of Phoenix in 2017 and draws on years of relationship-building to help HOME create meaningful opportunities and stronger foundations for creatives.
VP, Administration
Wanda Hampton is an entrepreneur based in Katy, Texas, with professional experience in auditing, certification, and business enhancement for food and pharmaceutical companies at SGS. She is also the founder and CEO of Eats, Treats, N More, LLC.
She brings that experience in business, accountability, and organizational operations to her leadership at HOME.
VP, Creative Affairs
Danielle Hurd brings experience across the music, entertainment, and sports industries to her leadership at HOME. Before joining the organization, she worked as a junior publicist, developing an understanding of the relationships and business that surround creative careers.
Danielle earned her master's degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University in 2019.
VP, Compliance & Risk
Brandy Durham brings hands-on legal support experience to her leadership at HOME. Since 2017, she has operated Durham Legal Services, LLC, providing freelance paralegal and notary services to small law firms, solo practitioners, and the public.
At HOME, Brandy brings that practical legal perspective to compliance, risk, and responsible decision-making as the organization and its creative initiatives continue to grow.
VP, Strategic Partnerships
Jasmine Handfield brings experience across international affairs, education, and the arts to her leadership at HOME. She helps strengthen HOME's relationships through community engagement, creative programming, service opportunities, and partnerships that support the organization's broader mission.
Director of Governance & Organizational Stewardship
Linda Dukes supports the governance and organizational stewardship of HOME, helping strengthen the structure, accountability, and continuity behind the organization's mission.
Her role helps ensure that as HOME grows, the organization remains grounded in responsible governance and the long-term interests of the creative community it serves.
